As per ZWS driving policy, all drivers are required to hold a valid driving license and have clean driving experience in the past. All drivers are assessed before being employed and checked at regular intervals thereafter for their performance. Our drivers are required to be medically fit for operating their machinery. Wearing seat belts is mandatory in all vehicles.

Our drivers understand the hazards associated with the cargo and its transportation, and for implementation of any necessary control measures. They know that loads must be secured and must not exceed design specifications or legal limits for the vehicle. They also understand safe handling, emergency procedures and responses that are necessary in case of incidents with any cargo.
